Neenu’s passion for psychology began with her deep desire to support people find peace within. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Calicut and went on to do her Master’s in Psychology from Acharya Institute, Bangalore, where she focused on counselling, psychotherapy, and educational psychology. Her research interest reflects her focus on family dynamics and culture, showing how deeply she values the roots of each person’s emotional world. She has worked as a counsellor, adolescent mentor, and interned in several reputed mental health settings across India — including Spandana Nursing Home (Bangalore), Jeyam Autism Centre (Coimbatore), and Trust Centre for Mindful Living. These hands-on experiences have made her comfortable in handling various emotional and psychological challenges across age groups. Her skill set also includes elements of hypnotherapy and holistic approaches that she blends gently into her practice with adults.
Her calm and humble nature. Clients often say they feel lighter after even just one session with her. She listens not only with her ears, but with her heart. She respects every client’s pace and ensures that no one feels rushed or misunderstood. She speaks fluently in Malayalam and English, and is especially sensitive to cultural backgrounds and religious beliefs — something that adds depth and comfort to her sessions.
